I highly recommend CIVIC Auto. When I book our vehicles there we get a honest diagnosis, and quality work completed. The guys are super accommodating, and friendly as well. No smoke or mirrors.

Thanks to the guys at civic for the most consistent and friendly service, jobs always done on time and usually lower price than quoted. These guys over deliver every single time. Ben and his father handle the counter and every single time I get a great explanation and they will always give you recommendations without pushing you to pay more. Can’t recommend civic auto enough.

While on vacation in Nelson we couldn’t avoid driving over a very large rock, and immediately knew something was wrong with our front right wheel. We took our car to Civic Auto Repair and they were amazing! They squeezed us in despite their busy schedule, did a thorough assessment to let us know the issue. Thankfully it didn’t need a repair and they wouldn’t even let us pay them for their time. Very honest and caring - so happy this happened to us while we were close to this shop.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Civic Auto for over ten years, from a Mitsubishi Eclipse, Chevy Express Van, BMW 310xi, to a Toyota Tacoma. I always feel supremely considered and accommodated, and am met with kindness and respect in every appointment. You can rest assured that you are always getting great work at an honest price. I would recommend these guys every day of the week and twice on Sunday (but call them Tues-Fri during their opening hours ). You may have to wait to get in, but that’s a good sign as you know others are just as eager for their great service. I can’t thank you guys enough for all the amazing work over the years!!
